[COMDLG32] Font Dialog items are drawn with unneeded scrollbars

    Description

      Reproduce steps:
      1) Open any Editor
      2) Open the Font Dialog where you can select a different Font family, font size, etc...

      Controls drawn in Font Dialog are including unneeded scrollbars always.
