      Description

When I drag windows in Winamp, visual glitches happen fairly often. Dragging the main window often has parts cut off as it is dragged, and shows visual duplicates. Dragging other windows along the edge causes visual glitches. The windows also often randomly stop being dragged, and randomly continue being dragged after I let go of the left click button. (And will continue being dragged, even after releasing the left click button after they randomly stop being dragged.) The main window also renders separately when the windows are being dragged, rather than them being rendered as a unit.

When I drag the windows, the debug log shows this:

(win32ss/user/ntuser/nonclient.c:1112) err: Wnd is active and not set active!
      (win32ss/gdi/gdi32/objects/text.c:540) GdiBCExtTextOut nothing

And when the cursor errors happen, this shows in the debug log:

(win32ss/user/ntuser/msgqueue.c:1537) err: Not the same cursor!
