Grub fails to boot reactos

The explorer application does not load successfully in my real hardware , the
initialization fails after displaying a green screen and a grey bar at the
bottom of the screen.
Error messages from debugport COM are available on request.
Note 1 : To start Reactos from Win98, F8 is pressed during boot and then
"Command Prompt only" is selected to have Dos propmt , from there you should be
able to run
loadros successfully.
Note 2 : Winhello test program is running successfully
