Fatal System Error 0x0000001E after installing Matrox Parhelia driver

I attempted to get the Matrox Parhelia 128 MB AGP card working in ReactOS, but it crashes and boots into a 0x0000001E BSOD, i tried all 3 driver versions Matrox offers, all ending into the same error code
