Remote Desktop Vulnerability (CVE-2019-0708)

With the new Remote Desktop Security Vulnerability announced by Microsoft this week for Windows XP through 7 systems, this issue should probably be looked into and patched just in case with ReactOS, as ReactOS behaves and operates at the core-level a lot like these operating systems at risk.
