CCleaner 5.43 installer from Rapps dies with unhandled exception when installed a second time

CCleaner 5.43 from Rapps dies with unhandled exception during installation.

I could to install it correctly only once. All other times it crashed for me.
This means to observe the crash you must install it a second time within the same session

Performing the same steps in 2k3sp2 does not crash, you can install it twice there

The same problem also happens with newer versions of CCleaner (e. g. latest 5.57). Older versions (4.xx and lower) install fine, as far as I remember.

Tested with 0.4.13-dev-335-g631db82 on VirtualBox 5.2.26. The following software was installed: 7-Zip, AC97 VBox driver, Guest Additions with Direct3D support enabled, Mesa3D and Samba.
