Reading large textfiles with notepad

    Description

      Opening large textfiles in notepad takes considerably more time on ReactOS, compared to my XP and win2k3.
      I tried all 3 variants of notepad across all 3 OS-es.
      All variants perform the same, so I suppose one of the underlying APIs underperforms.

      Speed order: 2k3 > xp > reactos
