Description
Tweak UI was an official Microsoft program to modify settings within windows XP, and it could be used to find unimplemented or broken functions, along with missing registry setting
This issue is just on broken check boxes
Tested on 0.4.13 dev 564, they render with black boxes around them and don't render a check mark when clicked, however when you click on one of them they do cause the apply button to become active, so they do seem to function.
