Opening the context menu with RMB does not switch window focus

Expected Result

• If the right-click final action will not open any context menu window focus change is instant
• If the right-click final action will open context menu window focus change is instant
• Right-click instantly brings the window to the front and sets it as active
• Right-click opens the context menu
• Single right-click is needed to change window focus after context menu pop-ups

Observed Result

• If the right-click final action will not open any context menu window focus change is instant
• If the right-click final action will open context menu there is no window focus change
• Right-click does not bring the window to the front and set it as active
• Right-click opens the context menu
• Double right-click is needed to change window focus after context menu pop-ups
