2nd setup stage does not load fully when booted from UEFI

    Description

      I attempted to boot ReactOS on UEFI through Winload from Windows Vista Beta 5219 x86, Windows 2003 SP2 loads and works when booted with Winload.

      Used the ACPI HAL and VirtualBox video driver. USB was disabled and PS/2 mouse was set in VM settings. It does not happen when booting through the BIOS variant of very same Winload version.

      Tested on VirtualBox 6.0.8.
