Alt-tab-Taskswitcher should bring a minimized app immediately to foreground in case its the only one

0.4.12-RC-41-g1a9f0bc is affected.
Alt-Tab-Taskswitcher works good for many cases already, here is a specific case where we can improve though.

Reproduction steps
Open a single application only (e.g. rapps) and minimize it

Expected result
Upon pressing Alt-Tab, the app should be brought to foreground already.
The taskswitcher window itself does not get visible at all in the single-app-case.
Bringing to foreground should actually happen when you press down the Tab-key, not upon releasing the button (unlike it would be in case multiple app-candidates would exist)
That's behavior of 2k3sp2.

Observed result
Our taskswitcher does not restore an app ever upon Alt+Tab, if its the only one.
