Regression, IrfanView 4.51 'about dlg' is too small and therefore a picture overlaps other GUI elements

• install IrfanView 4.51 from rapps
• Open the main app and open its about dialog

Observed result

the image and the text GUI elements do overlap, most likely the root cause is that the dialog is drawn too small in x direction

Expected result
the image and the text GUI elements should not overlap 2k3sp2.png
the dialog is drawn wider in x direction

I did notice that issue for the first time today, needs to be regression tested.
