Infinite loop in FreeLoader when booting from FAT32 on Xbox

    Description

      Once freeloader takes control, after some time it just freezes without any visible behaviour.

      Last good release was ReactOS 0.4.4, so this is regression.

       

      Compiled with debug output enabled, log attached.
