Popup menu window styles are wrong

    Description

      I investigated on Win2k3 about popup menu using WinHier from rapps.
      Using "Get Snapshot 3 seconds later", WinHier reported the window styles and the class style of popup menu window as follows:

      Properties for Menu Window.txt
      Properties for Flat Menu Window.txt

      I found the values of window style, extended style and class style of Win2k3 were different from the values of ReactOS menu window.
