Registry-based font entry management (Not filesystem-based)

    Description

      The font entries should be managed by the Fonts registry key:

      HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Fonts

      In OS Installation, the fonts in %WINDIR%\Fonts will be written in the Fonts registry key.

      After OS installation, the font installer or the fontview program writes the new font entry to the registry key to install a font file.
