PowerStrip - Access violation when pressing control and alt

[PowerStrip |https://www.entechtaiwan.com/util/ps.shtm] is a utility to manage display settings in versions of windows ranging from 2000 to 7
It installs and opens in ReactOS, but functionality seems to be completely broken
This issue is specifically for when I press control and alt, which is part of the keyboard shortcuts the app uses. It gives an access violation error when I press them, even when I'm not actually finishing any of the shortcuts.
