The installation of MWSnap has for years had problems with the display of it's installation windows; most of the content is not displayed and the icon in the top right corner, flashes on and off at a high rate.
Steps:
Downloaded MWSnap from one of the following links.

http://www.mirekw.com/winfreeware/files/MWSnap300.exe
http://www.mirwoj.opus.chelm.pl/winfreeware/files/MWSnap300.exe
Click on the installation execute and then just keep hitting the enter key.
