[SHIMGVW] Transparent images are rendered weirdly

    Description

      Using 0.4.13-dev-934-g0124138-x86

      If you open an image with transparent pixels (I've attached an example), the transparent parts of it are substituted by the stuff behind the window when it's shown, it doesn't move when you move it around but it changes if you hide and re-show it
