HTTP Downloader doesn't download anything

      ReactOS Version: 0.4.14-dev-604-gcfdd483
      Version: 1.0.2.9
      Download Link: https://github.com/erickutcher/httpdownloader/releases/download/v1.0.2.9/HTTP_Downloader_32.zip

      When I try to download a URL using it, it just gives a status of Failed. A debug log is attached.
