Drag and Drop operation in UltraISO shows the wrong (unitialized?) cursor

0.4.12-RC-55-g3a6cb85 gcc dbg lin is affected.
UltraISO 9.7.1.3519
Ros logs nothing when doing this drag and drop operation, therefore I skipped the logfile here.

0.4.12-RC-55-g3a6cb85 gcc dbg lin displays a totally garbled cursor 0.4.12-RC-55-g3a6cb85_wrongDragIcon.webm

iirc the icon was a different (but also wrong one) when I tested this last time in 0.4.11RC22 which makes me believe, the dragIcon is actually not properly initialized in this scenario
