Winamp 5.666 main context menu top-level has cut off borders

The context menu that opens when right-clicking the icon in title-bar is cut off some pixels in x and y.
If it was just x, I would assume it was 'just' CORE-13211, but that wouldn't explain the y cut off. Therefore a fresh ticket. It happens both: In Winamp-classic-skin and in Winamp-Bentoo-skin.

Interestingly only the top-level-menu is affected, but the expandable submenus are not, and as soon as a submenu expands, that fixes the top-levels x-cutoff where the submenu covers it at least.

Expected result
2K3_SP2.png draws the menu in (a very individual) flat style

Definition of done
It's really enough for this ticket to fix the cutoff, I don't care at all for the rest of the 'individuality' here

I noticed this bug for the first time today (but most likely just did not look too carefully earlier)
