Window Snap there should be an option to disable "dragging with the mouse"

Details

    Description

      Not everybody likes it. Therefore user should be able to disable the dragging-with-the-mouse-feature.
      Windows 7 allows this via the following regstry key:

      KEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop
      WindowArrangementActive
      REG_SZ

      value to 0 if you want to disable Window Snapping with the mouse
      value to 1 if you want to enable it again.
