The IDataObject from CIDLData_CreateFromIDArray should support SetData

    Description

      Currently the data object created in CIDLData_CreateFromIDArray (and in most of our shell32 code) does not support SetData.

      When support for this is added, thec urrent implementation can be nuked and the arguments can be stored alongside the other arguments as a HIDA (CFSTR_SHELLIDLIST)
