Tahoma fonts not found by RAPPS

    Description

      Trying to install the Tahoma font with RAPPS yields an error:
      "Could not load package. Address not found." I guess the URL is currently or no longer available. Indeed it looks the "win9x" subfolder of the download URL is no longer provided.

      (Not sure if this should be a CORE bug. Feel free to move.)
