Description
With ReactOS ReactOS-0.4.13-RC-17 and continous boot CD builds from guilty 0.4.13-dev-942-g88cf5b0 onwards I am no longer able to install ReactOS on my Compaq 8510p, booting from internal DVD drive. ReactOS will wait on the initialization and "discovering devices" page of the setup forever (well, at least 10 min, didn't wait any longer).
This issue happens as long as the SD/SC Card reader is enabled in BIOS. (Other integrated devices/interfaces don't matter.) The symptoms are similar to CORE-16369 but I am not sure this is the same issue - this one is not related to Ramdrive boot at all.
In previous builds this"device discovery step was finished within one second or so.
