Description
That bug with Window Snapping feature is nothing new, it existed since I had a look at the feature for the first time during 0.4.12dev'ing.
Reproduction steps
- open a filebrowser window (another app like rapps would work as well)
- make sure the window is in "restored state" and active
- Press Winkey+UpArrow to maximize
- Press Winkey+DownArrow to return into restored state
- Press Winkey+Left with the aim to snap it to 50% leftside
Expected result
It should snap 50% leftside
Observed result
Nothing will happen during first invocation of Winkey+Left,
but if user presses Winkey+Left a second time, then the intended operation takes place
