use of task manager causes loss of keyboard on open programs

Sorry i don't have permissions to post bugs from jira. When you open the task manager and look at tasks then close it and keyboard input does not work on open programs afterward but restarting the program fixes the problem.

Sorry if this is the wrong way to get a bug noticed perhaps you could help me get permissions i have a lot
of old computers for real hardware testing!
