Add functionality for shortcuts-msi

Add functionality for shortcuts-msi.

In the properties of the shortcut buttons were active. (Wrong.) Instead of the "Open file location" open folder "administrator" with a dedicated folder "Desktop".

menu label-msi "Open file location" - does not work.
