Kernel immediately locks up upon opening Explorer

    Description

      As the title says, ReactOS halts with a failed assertion. This is from a fresh install on a Thinkpad T22 which did not have these problems on 0.4.13-dev.

      I have captured the log over RS-232, and obtained the backtrace. It is attached.
