Photofiltr 7.2.1 is stronger in taskswitcher than rapps

Reproduction steps

• install Photofiltr 7.2.1 from rapps and start its main application
• leave rapps application running as well
• try to Alt+Tab between both applications using the taskswitcher

Expected behavior
When you select to foreground Rapps, it should always come to foreground and stay foreground

Observed behavior
Sometimes when you select to foreground rapps, it comes to foreground, but very quickly afterwards the Photofiltr app will force itself towards foreground again

The bug is known for a while, I noticed it the first time when testing 0.4.11-RC-34-g5e059e7.
