WineBug, Notepad has no sizegrip on status bar

    Description

      Expected result
      running our (==Wines) Notepad.exe on Win 2k3sp2 / XPSP3 does properly show a sizegrip in the status bar rightmost

      Observed result
      notepad-sizegrip.png shows that we see no sizegrip when the same binary is run in ReactOS, e.g. 0.4.13-RC-29-g3a1c14f (and also early 0.4.14-dev)
