FoxitReader 9.1.0, FoxitReaderUpdater.exe crashes with unhandled exception

Reproduction steps

• install FoxitReader 9.1.0 from rapps, leaing everything default (I just unselected the Foxit Phantom Bundle)
• At the end of the installation Foxit will start

Observed result

• main app runs and survives, but FoxitReaderUpdater.exe crashes with unhandled exception
