SlimJet doesn't load after being installed

    Description

      ReactOS Version: 0.4.14-dev-666-g7ddc44c

      When I install SlimJet (available at https://www.slimjet.com/release/xp/sjtsetup_x86.exe), when it is ran after installing, nothing is shown. A debug log is attached.
