ROBLOX Build 0.3.488.0 cannot find MFC80.dll

I'm not sure how to describe this one. I'm almost certain this has occurred somewhere else before. Interestingly, MFC80.dll IS installed, and I even found it, but ROBLOX build 0.3.488.0(dated 9th, 2007) just cannot find it. Here's all the logs, tomorrow I'll add some trimmed logs where I document EVERYTHING of importance and might also upload the HDD I used in VirtualBox, and explain more later.

This occurs in build 20200102-0.4.14-dev-764-g9538c3c under commit 9538c3ccd781c22a16363222de30a28acc17d185. If you want to skip a lot of the filler stuff, the first mention of ROBLOX followed by me looking and finding the DLL file in the C:\ReactOS directory starts at line 1231.
