Regression, MediaPlayer Classic MPC HC 1.7.13, part of the GUI is not drawn at all, is transparent

    Description

      MediaPlayer Classic HomeCinema MPC HC 1.7.13 from rapps
      does not draw part of its GUI, reproducibly, no matter what I do.
      Dragging offscreen and back does not fix it.
