Paint Shop Pro 8.10 - GUI not respond properly and finally hangs

    Description

      Hello,
      after starting Paint Shop Pro 8.1 the application responds extremly slow and finally hangs with almost 100% cpu usage.
      I attached a log file that recorded the startup of Paint Shop Pro 8.10 and the attempt to use the application.
      The ReactOS version is 0.4.14-dev-833-g5f692ed-x86-gcc-lin-rel.
