Drive properties windows do not close until the last window is closed

If more than one drive properties window is open and they overlap, they do not close from the X button until the last drive, then they all close together.

1. Open Explorer.
2. Position the mouse over drive C: and right click properties.
3. Repeat for other drives.
4. Position the windows so that they all are visible and overlap.
5. Start from the left window and click the X to close (see screenshot)
6. Repeat for other windows.
