Task manager Top-window optionaly in CTRL+ALT+DELETE menu

    Description

      When you press CTRL+ALT+DELETE, it shows the menu where "Start task manager" option is available.

      I suggest adding a submenu or checkbox or anything else that will start task manager on top of other windows.

      Its useful when you need to start task manager on top but you didn't enabled its "always on top window" option earlier.
