Apisets Pseudo-Regression, Firefox crashes during startup with exception due to frequent calls to _seh_filter_dll()

    Description

      Reproduction steps

      • Install Firefox 48.0.2 from rapps
      • Start it
      • Let it update itself via its about tab, It will update to 52.0.1.6284 (please note, that this version runs perfectly fine on Windows XPSP3 still)
      • It will not longer startup afterwards, but instead of it hanging endlessly like it used to do in older 0.4.12-RC-46-g317ca41, see CORE-12828

      It now crashes (imho even earlier) by (stack-exhaustion?) after frequent calls to stubbed apisets

      I guess it is a regression, and I would assume (without having double-checked it yet) that the guilty/unhiding rev would be 0.4.13-dev-986-g029b8f2 again learn_more.
