Unable to open value editor in specific parts of the registry using ReactOS Regedit on Windows

    Description

      In windows XP/2k3, I am unable to open values for editing from the following keys and their subkeys:
      HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Enum*
      HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet002\Enum*
      HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Enum*

      The data listview column displays info fine, but attempting to open a value via doubleclick or rightclick->Modify[binary data] fails.
