English (Caribbean) : failure of install at the beginning of the 2nd stage

    Description

      Trying reactos-bootcd-0.4.14-dev-1224-g1edfddf-x86-gcc-lin-dbg in VirtualBox 6.1.4:

         If English (Caribbean) is chosen as the language for the installation, the installation fails at the beginning of the 2nd stage :

         Choosing "ReactOS", "ReactOS (Debug)", "ReactOS (RosDbg)", "ReactOS (Screen)", "ReactOS (Log file)",  "ReactOS (Emergency Management Services)" in the boot menu results in the screen loading screen, with a message "Loading system hive... Getting NLS names from registry failed!" (see the attachment). By pressing "OK", one returns to the boot menu.
         This happens with both FAT and BRTFS as the file system of choice.
