Regression, Unittests winmm:wave does structurally crash

    Description

      It did not crash yet in 0.4.13final release 4ee3778,
      but does now crash in 0.4.14-dev-1339-g1c706d7.

      It does structurally crash in master since multiple months already, there is nothing flaky/random in those results.
