Breakpoint at USBPORT_StopDevice on startup

Posted as a bug as requested on IRC.

Machine has OHCI onboard, and an USB+SATA EHCI/UHCI PCI board based on VT6421A and VT6214L. Removing this PCI card works as a workaround. Moving it to a different PCI slot also does work. Putting it back to the original PCI slot causes crash, thus this likely to do with IRQ sharing, as different PCI lanes are usually shared with different onboard PCI resources.
