      Trying to delete a locked file fails without error message to user.

      Locked : "c:\pagefile.sys" or a file being downloaded by RAPPS.

      err:(dll/win32/shell32/droptargets/CRecyclerDropTarget.cpp:63) SHFileOperation failed with 0x20

      Would an Error Messagebox be appropriate in CRecyclerDropTarget.cpp ?
