      unattend.inf addition:

       [GuiRunOnce]
      		 
      "rundll32.exe shell32.dll,Control_RunDLL desk.cpl desk,@Appearance /Action:ActivateMSTheme /file:%SYSTEMROOT%\Resources\themes\Lunar\Lunar.msstyles"

      Observed behavior:

      Explorer seems to 'hang'
