Partial failure while installing and testing Visual Studio 2010 Ultimate in ReactOS

    Description

      In order to retest this issue, you must install ros as Server in 2nd stage, (if you would install as workstation currently the VS2010 setup would fail even earlier)

      The installation of Visual Studio 2010 (I tested the Ultimate version) goes well until it attempts to create or register some help features, after which it fails to install other components, while at the same time reports "success": See attached screenshot and debug log.

      Guilty commit is a Wine sync with httpapi library (ebcc4c6)
