Memory leak when continuously creating and overwriting a test file made using RDFC

    Description

      There's a leak occurring in physical memory (in the memory used by programs, not in the System Cache or Paged/Nonpaged Pool) when using RDFC (available at http://www.bertel.de/software/rdfc/index-en.html) via the attached batch file. A debug log is also attached. I replicated it on FAT32 and BTRFS partitions.
