Description
ROS 0.4.15-dev-88-g6727e28
Open a folder in Explorer (let's call it "Folder A")
From another Explorer windows, delete "Folder A"
Drag'n'drop files onto "Folder A" (onto window opened in 1st step)
==> File is deleted as removed from source ... and created nowhere as destination is invalid.
This is not possible in Windows since Explorer would have been notified of change and would have closed, therefore preventing the drag'n'drop action onto the non-existing path.
