Inconsistent uptime being reported by Speccy and ReactOS System Page

    Description

      Start VirtualBox, start VM, immediately open Speccy and ROS System page :

      • Speccy claims 2h uptime
      • ROS is consistent with actual uptime (less than 1 min)

       

      Issue is systematic. ROS build indicated on screenshot.
