[WIN32K] Mute a font DPRINT which spams and hits performance - Backport

I intend to backport 0.4.15-dev-67-ga98bebb which muted a very spammy debuglogging, which in some use-cases, e.g. SuperFinder XT did spam so much, that performance was affected significantly.
I do remember that the print was once added by Katayama, so it wasn't always there.
Since the commit had no JIRA-ID linked, I created a fresh ticket.
The performance issue was mentioned as a side-note within CORE-13019 at least.
